Transcriptome Analysis Reveals the Effect of PdhR in Plesiomonas shigelloides

The pyruvate dehydrogenase complex regulator (PdhR) was originally identified as a repressor of the pdhR-aceEF-lpd operon, which encodes (PDHc) and PdhR itself. According to previous reports, plays regulatory role in physiological metabolic pathways bacteria. At present, function Plesiomonas shigelloides is still poorly understood. When incubated on a solid medium for 18 hr at 25 C, peritrichous flagella were demonstrated in 89(68%) of them.
